If you’re here, you’re reflecting on some level of performance.
Leadership, training, personal growth, or you’re looking to ignite a culture of trust, resilience, and growth in your team. You have higher performance in mind.
Leaders and teams are making simple, yet predictable mistakes that put a tight lid on their upside.
It’s my mission to have people be able to feel and announce “I am on the best team, I love coming in everyday.” A place where people show up motivated, knowing how they add value, and connected in a way that delivers performance .
Why It Matters
In both a career in the markets on wall street, and as a key member of three straight national championship lacrosse teams at Princeton, leadership’s approach towards the people is what determined whether we succeeded or failed.
My own success within athletics and business came as that of a setup man, an “assist guy” helping my teammates succeed. For me it’s always been about the people and it’s the role I was born to play.
I simply love being a teammate.
